Ok, from last weeks membership we have gone through a bunch of shit. We all know what has happened, we have all seen the posts made about it and i think the internet moves so fast, we are almost past it and coming up with ways to move forward.
Phelimint has resigned from being a Steemsilvergold Group Mod
Phil contacted me via Dicscord chat with a short message in which he resigned from the role of Steemsilvergold group mod. I have been feeling bad because Phil was the one who nominated me for the my mod role and i have never forgot that but when you finished the message with a ''I'm sorry, for what it's worth...lol.'' I dont feel so bad about it anymore.....................lol. I think you seen it coming and resigned first, well done.
Most members will not agree with me right now, but you will be missed. You did alot around here, you've been a member longer than me and you came up with the OG's of the group. You posted good content and i was always happy to see that you had commented on one of my posts because i knew that you had seen it. You no yourself, there are 180 to the group and you cant be friends and comment are everything. I thought we had our own secret click within the group of 10-15 pure steemsilverheads driven by the raw need for silver to care our stackitis. But i guess we are 1 down from now on. I'd pour some whiskey but i dont drink, i'll smoke a blunt...

Last order of business is the Steem Silver Round
This will be going forward as planned. Phil has refunded all the donations given to the steemsilverround account back to everyone and we move on. There have been a few things behind the scenes that have chanced over and swapped hands but everything will be fine and we will still get our 2018 Steem silver round with @welshstacker's winning design. We have @sevinwilson to thank for this, he is going to take the time to handle the project till it's finished. I know of other members working together with him to help him along.

Thanks for what you do. I did want to throw in a few positive remarks about the Stax Town Hall that I made, but it was in one of my own personal updates post format and got missed... my bad!
There are answers for ALL the Issues we face. It's just going to be a Compromise for all of us. I know I will not get everything I think we should do, but even if we get NONE of my recommendations implemented, I can still consider this a success if we can just put aside petty differences and go forward as a whole community. I have nothing in this other than some time investment, some DELI and a few SBD donated. Others have Way More invested in each category. But as a pre-STAX Member, I'd like to see us keep this together. It is worth saving!

I like the idea of a profit sharing model but im happy with whatever. I dont really care about the vote amount,it could be 20 cents for all i care. It's more to do with the community project at hand and the relationships it builds. For me. Without a question about it, simple is always best.
