Inspiration and motivation
Yesterday I has surfed on steemit and I found 2 interesting posts that motivate me. The first one is written by @tarazkp.

While everyone is waiting for higher prices to post, I am hoping to earn some Vests in the meantime. I am going to keep building the relationships, keep grinding away and keep helping others do the same. This might potentially be the most profitable year of your earning life and even though you are going to have to be patient for the return, the work has to be done now.
The above are the sentences from his post. This is what we should keep in mind. This keep me inspiration to move on but I still have to learn how to build a successful network. I bought a few steem and power up after reading his post.
This is what I can do now. In myanmar it is difficult to buy steem because nobody want to sell with lower price and they keep waiting the price to go up. There is no direct exchange method. I hope one day we can do like Nigeria and Ghana. What I means is steemexchanger.
I did not see option for paypal. I hope one day we can add myanmar bank in the bank list. That make more investors from myanmar come to steemit.
As everyone see there are two parts in his sentences. First one is keep posting or power up and second one is building the relationships. I try to build relationship but normally I wrote posts using burmese language. The contest is ideas from the steemit like steembasicincome, steem-bounty. Most of the posts are translation style so I can not get much attention from english language users.
To build relationships I will set 3 steem bounty on this post. I normally got more than 1 STU from my post with the support of @steempress-io. I want to get 2 STU in this post (just 2 STU but if will be better if I get more) and more than 5 comments in this post.

Wondering why your account isn't growing? Get your influence out of the fucking bots and talk to the people still giving a fuck
Nowadays bidbots are growing tremendously. People are delegating their SP to bidbots and get profits or selling the votes from using their account. Both is this make the downside of steemit. This can prevent an account from growing. If you delegate SP to bidbots you can only cast the dust vote to other. If you sell your vote you can not cast a vote to others or cast a few vote on others.
No upvote, no comment and you are like an inactive man in steemit so this is not good for long term. I can see his feelings through his post. To become a successful steemian writing quality posts regularly is important and commenting on other's post and casting upvote on other's posts(building relationships) are important. If everyone is selling their vote what will happen in steemit. There will be no place for content creator. I will create a post written in english every week to get attention from english users.

Now is the time to keep steeming here and wait for the next bull run, where we really reap the profits. When many new people enter and we are already sitting in solid position then we can grow a lot. I found that my payouts over the last few month have not gone down even though the prices have declined so much because I have been able to grow followers at roughly the same rate. Measured in steem and not $ I am now making more than ever.
Also bidbots are a real problem. It causes a lot f people to stop using the unique features of steem and use it as a ordinary pos inflation coin such as stellar lumens. Nothing wrong with that, but there are already enough of such coins and there is little market value in steem being another one. Bidbots can exists as a niche phenomena, but going mainstream it will destroy the platform. I am working on an interesting idea to offer a better alternative link

Real comments by real people would be awesome and are what I was led to expect when I joined Steemit. It is not as common as I expected it to be. And it is very random. My best posts get very little response and then I rush through one and I suddenly get many responses and upvotes.
There are two strategies I use to help me.
This helps me cope with the stress of not knowing whether anyone will even look at my blog. The random responses can then be added on top of that.

100% agree! I'm still a small fish and hoping to get off delegation soon! I find the best thing to do is post consistently and comment. Real comments, not generic ones, interact with people and get to know users with common interest!! Now is the best time to grow!! we should take advantage!
I find bidbots and resteem bots are very useless!! But I must say I'm a huge fan of @dustsweeper!! It's great for actually receiving payouts for small incremental votes that don't amount to minimum payout threshold! So you even get payouts for small votes!
For dustsweep if you have dustvote in your comment it is ok to use.

Hey, good idea, I wopuld recomend to also engage on Dustcleaners in order to get that 0.02 up to 0.03 and make it payable.

I don't remeber if they accept STEEM or SBD, but hey, the conversion is free :P
I had actually read both of those posts already as I follow the two accounts on steemit. I find that they have a lot of useful info and tend to be of the same mindset in most things. On this one I agree with them. If you believe in the long term future of steem the current price should not be an issue. More than that it should be an opportunity.
I use kraken exchange to buy crypto as they will take payments directly from my bank account which makes it handy. They don't exchange steem at the moment but it's easy to buy bitcoin and move to binance.
With that in mind I have recently joined the engagement and curtain league to see just how much effort I am putting in here. I want to do more as I think that now is the time to build both your connections and your sp for when the token is a lot scarcer and more valuable.

Nice one. This was my first week to join and managed to place in #41. Delighted with that as there are some massively active accounts on there. People that I have followed from the beginning on steemit. Hope you are doing well on there too it really adds a bit of extra motivation to get up there.

difficult opportunities are born, we must learn to manage in these times in which the crypto have fallen so much in price, I share your opinion about the bots, if we delegate everything to them then where is the importance to the contents full of knowledge , those writers who have magic in their hands and who give us their knowledge.
You can buy btc by localbitcoin, and then by means of blocktrades get steem. Greetings.
