Introducing Blockurator's Steem Monsters Leasing Program
Since I first heard of Steem Monsters, I've been a huge fan. It started within a month of my joining Steemit. My first booster pack was given to me by another Steemian, and I soon found myself buying a starter pack. I then got involved in writing stories, entering contests, and winning. I eventually got involved in writing some of the game lore. Then I found myself buying cards to beef up my teams in preparation for game launch. I had no idea they'd introduce card delegation, but I'm glad they did.
Today, I'm introducing my Steem Monsters card delegation program. Details below.
Meet Team Ferexia
If you're familiar at all with Steem Monsters game lore, then you likely know the red splinter is called Ferexia. I'm privileged to be among the few who helped develop Ferexia lore for the game. If you delegate from me, you'll have bragging rights.
While I'm still working out the pricing for delegations, you can get a glimpse at where I'm going right here.
I'd love to delegate by the card, but my preference is for one individual to lease the entire Ferexia team by the month. I'll list below each of the individual cards on the team then give you the team price if you choose to take me up on my offer. Keep reading, please.

Note: Gold foil (GF) cards are not offered as a part of the team delegation.
If you were to lease each member of Team Ferexia individually for a week, you'd pay 6.49 STEEM. For a month, it would cost 25.49 STEEM. That's the entire list above minus the gold foil cards. But I'll lease the entire team for a month for only 15 STEEM.
Plus, if you take me up on this offer, I'll level up the collection one card at a time (the card of your choice), as I can afford it, up to one card each week, and you can take advantage of this price for as long as you maintain the lease. Even when they all max out their levels.
Added Bonus: Be the first to lease and I'll upvote every Steem Monsters post you publish at 100% as long as you tag me in the post.
Here's what you have to do to take advantage of this offer:
Send 15 STEEM or 7 SBD (keeping this simple) to me and include "Team Ferexia" in the Memo.
If you just want certain cards, that's fine, consult the spreadsheet and send the amount listed in STEEM or SBD by the week. In the Memo block, list the cards you want to lease. Questions? Don't hesitate to ask in the comments section below.

Since delegations have been around, I feel a bit of regret for spending so much money on my decks, lol. The only thing that would top mine would be a maxed deck, and experience has taught me that the owners of a maxed deck initially all wanted to delegate it, until they realized that delegating it to someone who would have to learn how to play with it, would make them lose their top spot ranking on the leaderboard... lol
Mine isn't maxed yet, obviously. And I'm wondering if that's going to hinder my chance at delegating it. I'd hope that someone would take me up on it.

My father was an ordained Methodist minister - a rarity in Asia in the 60's - before becoming a shrink in the Veteran's Administration.
Consequently, I've been an avid "armchair comparative religionist" since early childhood and more so when I became a Buddhist.

Thanks. Out of curiosity, what made you become a Buddhist? Zen?
Oddly enough, the military stashed me there after a possible ID compromise (images/video) during a mission (long story).
Anyway, I was long overdue to do that traditional Thai "coming of age" thing. That's when a young man enters a Buddhist monastery for training in the Buddhist religion. I was viewed like all the other older men there - criminals who got leniency in the legal system.
The Spartan lifestyle was no problem. I treated it like any other survival evolution. But I failed the 30 day vow of silence three times! Why? A man can go crazy listening to his own thoughts 24/7 - unless he learns to make friends with himself.
I hadn't realized how much communication - in the form of giving orders and jibes among comrades - fed my ego.
Of course, the ego had to be increasingly subordinated with an end goal of "ego death".
Lastly, I was initially uncomfortable "begging" for food, but it was absolutely amazing how people were genuinely "honored" to give us all food in the morning.
I must confess that I didn't want to leave when my time was up and it was supposedly "safe" to go back to work. I learned so much about myself and the wonders of the "inner universe" there.
Wow. I didn't mean to make this a short story.

There is a lot about Buddhism that I admire, but it doesn't offer the one that I've found I needed the most. There's no personal savior to redeem me for the innate sinfulness of my bones. I don't have to work to earn God's favor. It's been done for me.

good idea, though. Someone can lease a collection of cards before they invest in their own just to see if they like the game. When they win a few and get the free Rewards cards, then they'll be more likely to buy a starter pack and some boosters. Love the angle.
