Cultivating a Magnetic Personality to Attract an Audience
Are you trying to attract an audience here on Steem. Do you want to build your profile long-term? Do you want to make a major impact in the community?
A great way to do this is to cultivate a magnetic personality. In other words, develop into the type of person that others like to be around and want to see more of.
Recently, Steem hit a milestone and surpassed 1 million accounts on the platform. Steemians are growing like crazy across the globe working on growing their accounts and making an impact in the community.
Cultivating a magnetic personality is the way that you are going to stand out from the crowd because people will be naturally drawn to you without forcing them to like you.
The most effective medium to do this, I believe, is through video content because video builds trust and rapport. Even if you have never met the person who is shooting the video, when you finally do meet them in person, you feel like you've known them for years.
I meant to mention this in my video, but there is a great resource to check out called Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard. In this book, Mike talks about the beta, pre-alpha, and alpha personality types and how it is best to develop into an alpha. An alpha is a guy or girl who is a leader in a given situation. Alphas display confidence and spread value at all times.
Cultivating a magnetic personality to attract an audience has a lot to do with the ENERGY that you display in your content. It is the way that you speak your message more than the actual words you say.
Your audience isn't always going to remember the words that you say, but they will remember the way that they FEEL after consuming your message. How is your audience reacting to your videos or to your text posts?
Personally, I want my audience, aka YOU, to feel inspired and educated to take action right away which then improves your life. Hopefully this message today encourages you to become an attractive person so that you can attract a loyal audience that is hungry to see your content time and time again.

I personally believe that having a great personality and getting to know each other on the platform should be a constant task, therefore, we have the responsibility to offer quality content that draws the attention of other users, because as they say there is not just that you have followers, we must keep in mind the kind of followers we want, although I am a growing user, not to say small, I am always looking for profiles that offer guidelines or guidelines that help us grow, and thanks to your advice I can see that through of the videos I can create a more direct link with the other users, so I will take your advice and try to start building that great reputation that we all seek.
