How to Elevate Your Mood and Productivity

Friend! Welcome back to another video. I feel so alive and full of energy. My mood is elevated like never before.

What is the cause of this and why am I getting excited? The reason is because I am out in nature with the birds and the trees, soaking in the sun.

I am renewing my mind and my spirit so that I can become more energetic and productive throughout the day.

It's funny actually, because some think that sitting and resting on the couch is somehow going to give more energy. The exact opposite is true.

Movement is the key to energy and vitality. It is the key to an elevated mood and increased productivity levels.

One of my favorite ways is by getting out in nature. Exploration. Adventure. Breathing in the fresh air and exposing myself to the elements.

Movement for you might be stretching at home, or going for a walk, or performing a hardcore workout in the gym. Choose 1 or 2 activities that you enjoy, and then make a habit of doing them every week.

If you want to experience an elevated mood, high energy levels, and increased productivity, moving your body works better than sitting on the couch.

Allow this to be your encouragement if you have any sort of depression, anxiety, or fear in your life. Exercise is a HUGE mood booster and will help you snap out of your negative mindset. Hormones such as endorphins will kick in which kicks out the depression and fear.

If nothing else, do it to refresh your mind, your spirit, and your body. Give yourself the gift of taking care of yourself so that you can better take care of others.

Treat yourself every week. Get out there and MOVE!

I agree with you. Resting is not all about laying on bed and sleeping all day, it's about doing activities different than the ones you do on your daily basis, getting out of your routine, letting your mind to focus on different things. An example is, like you said, going to see the nature. That's the best way to relax.
