Steem Dollar (SBD): Steem = 9:1 Potential??

SUMMARY

Will Steem Dollar (SBD) price overtake Steem? Given the scarcity of SBD compared to Steem; I believe SBD is likely to again realize an asymmetrical gain over Steem. Last time SBD: Steem was as high as 6:1; and perhaps in the next rally, that ratio could go as high as 9:1. So, perhaps not being in a rush to convert SBD to Steem could provide a sizable upside advantage.

SBD, like Steem, has broke out of the upper blue resistance line and the MACD which had been moving within a pair of contracting trenlines also breached upward. Can price generate a lower low here? Yes and likely, MACD might even generat yet another higher low. This would be a continued positive divergence.

The short term shows an ABC corrective potential, looking more like a zigzag (5,3,5) sequence. The blue 1,2,3,4,5 outline a price pathway towards C.

This minor correction needs to first complete before resuming the original trend. Here is an alternate calling for a wxyxz complex sequence; not too different from the ABC zigzag. Once correction completes, price is likely to generate higher highs. A second round of a five wave impulse up would be a solid confirmation of a trend reversal.
