CAULIFLOWER BAKED IN YOGURT
INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower
300 ml. - Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
2 tbsp. - chilli powder
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tsp. - curry powder
1 tsp. - black pepper
1 tsp. - asafoetida
2 tsp. - salts
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 200 ℃.
Thoroughly rinse the cabbage and remove any green leaves.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice, chilli powder, caraway seeds, asafoetida, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Put cabbage in a bowl and cover with marinade.
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Marinade will make a crust on the surface of cauliflower.
Let cabbage cool for 10 minutes, serve with herbs.
