POTATO SСONS

INGREDIENTS:

• 250 g potatoes

• olive oil 2 tbsp. 

• flour 90 g

• baking powder 1 tsp.

• salt 1 tsp.

PREPARATION:

1. Cook potatoes. Add the olive oil, salt. And make the mashed potatoes.

Add the flour with the baking powder, quickly knead the soft dough.

2. Divide the dough in half. From each half of the dough make a round cake, a thickness of 7 -8 mm, roughly.. Cut out into 4 sectors.

3. Fry in a frying pan oiled with olive oil.
