CUTLETS FROM LENTILS
INGREDIENTS:
• 400 g of tomatoes
• 100 g of lentils
• 2 tbsp. Raisins
• 1 tsp. Curry powder
• 6 sprigs of parsley
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp. Flour
• 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
• salt pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water. Peel off, and a pulp to grind.
2. Rinse the lentils.
3. Put the vegetables and lentils in a saucepan, pour in 3 tbsp. water and cook under the lid, stirring, 20 min.
4. Add raisins, curry, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook another 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
5. From the resulting mass to form 4 flat cutlets and roll them in flour.
6. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put cutlets and fry for 5 minutes. from each side. You can serve hot or cold.
