RYE BREADS
INGREDIENTS:
• rye flour - 350 g
• vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. L.
• water - 100 ml
• salt
• cumin
PREPARATION:
1. Knead the dough from flour, butter and salted water. By consistency, it should look like plasticine.
2. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
3. Roll out a thin cake from the dough. Sprinkle with cumin or other spices to your taste. With a rolling pin, roll them into the dough a little.
4. Cut into rectangular pieces. Pierce with a fork in several places.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
