DRANIKI WITH SPINACH AND CARROT
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 potatoes
• 1/2 cup fresh spinach
• 1 small carrot
• 1/2 tbsp. Corn flour
• 1/2 tsp. Chili peppers
• salt
• vegetable oil for frying
PREPARATION:
1. Potatoes and carrots rub on a large grater. With hands squeeze out excess fluid.
2. Cut the spinach and add to the mixture of potatoes and carrots.
3. Then add pepper, salt and corn flour. Mix well.
4. Spread pancakes in a frying pan with a spoon and fry from two sides to a crisp crust, then reduce the heat and fry until cooked.
5. Served with sour cream - if desired.
