MANDARIN ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

• Mandarins 250g

• Sour cream 20% 400 g

• Condensed milk 200 g

PREPARATION:

1. Clean the mandarins, divide into slices and grind in a blender.

2. Then, if desired, you can rub mandarin puree through a sieve to get rid of the peel.

3. Then mix the sour cream, condensed milk and tangerine juice in the blender. Pour into a steel container and send to a freezer.

4. Take out and mix every hour so that ice cream is saturated with oxygen and ice crystals do not form in it. Mix very intensively.

5. Serve with tangerine syrup. Squeeze juice from a pair of tangerines and warm with 1 tsp. sugar.
