Unlearn To Learn How To Handle Freedom And Anarchy

Conditioning is strong. Expecting people to change and function a different way when they are conditioned into a certain way of living is not going to happen without new information. What hey previously learned might be wrong, and they need to unlearn in order to relearn again. Without teaching or sharing information to help others "unlearn what they have learned", as Yoda says, then change isn't likely going to happen

Happy Independence Day July 4 Lobster BBQ

The Fourth of July for me means family ,friends, lots of firework, and a BBQ. Traditional BBQs include staples of beef patties, hot dogs, corn on the cob, among many others. My new favorite meat to grill is the lobster. Nothing quite matches the sweet, intense,and slightly charred taste of shellfish when it’s cooked on the grill. Today, I tried making myself an early grilled lobster meal

Who doesn't love a BBQ! All that yummy charbroiled and grilled food! All your friends hanging out together! It's a recipe for fun, laughs and good food! And @nuoctuong is having some BBQ'ed lobster! I kid you not! Doesn't that sound perfect!

Ulog- Going Back To The Gym Day 6- Does Lack Of Physical Change Discourage Me? NOPE

It is Day # 6 in my Going Back to the Gym Blog posts yet I still don't see any physical changes in my body. And I am assuming that if I my self personally don't see any changes my readers don't see it as well. But does lack of progress in terms of physical change discourage me? The answer is no, because physical change is what you want to see after all the hard work you have done

Getting into shape takes time, patience and exercise- all of which @harlot has. But when you don't see results right away, do you get discouraged? NOT @harlot! He's keeping at it! See what he's been up to at the gym.
