Gwen's Quilt Top Is Finished- Work In Progress- Needlework Monday
Needlework Monday is here! I am super excited to report on the progress of the quilt I am making for my niece, Gwen! I just love the way the top has turned out - just perfect for a little girl

The 100 Day Project- Day 7: Out To Sea
I decided to go out of my comfort zone again for day 7 of#the100dayproject and continue with the island theme with this little sea themed painting. I used a photo from a Greek island calendar for reference, and the water in the photo wasn't very dynamic...which I think made painting it even harder. But I gave it my best shot, and while I think I could do better with more practice, I think it's decent for a first attempt
@terminalblue shares a step-by-step process of this project. See how a blank canvas was transformed into a serene looking beach moment. Practice makes perfect and considering this was her first attempt at this type of art, I'd say she did a GREAT job!

Motorcycle Diaries: Visit Napa Valley Winery
This was our first visit to Napa valley and what better way than to visit there on a motorcycle. There is one of the episodes from our ride from Dallas, Texas to San Francisco and back almost covering 5000+ miles. Nappa is really nice place to visit if you like wine tasting or like doing scenic drives provided you avoid weekend which is heavy traffic. You will also love this place if you like architecture because every winery is setup based on different theme.
WHAT a splendid tour of this winery in Napa Valley! Look at all the adventure and fun @ashwinrajt had. And traveling through Sonoma Valley offered some fabulous scenery along the way.

Hydrophanic Creations
I'm always looking for innovative ways to construct my pieces... I made this ring in late 2015 and it was among the first pieces I made after I began experimenting with more traditional fabrication techniques. Prior to this I had been using strictly Cold-fusion Wire Wrapping in all my work, but on this ring I implemented a minimal amount of soldering into the frame.
Look at this beautiful piece of jewelry @anarchojeweler created! Can't you just imagine wearing such an exquisite ring? It is definitely a dazzling creation!

Hobby Is Growing Bigger- Creative Competition Number 2
I've been doing handicrafts and decorating for 10 years and this time I decided to do something extraordinary. Let me say it right away, my case is not over yet, but I will show what is happening.
Such detail and preparation goes into this type of craft and beading. You'll need a steady hand and have to pay attention to the pattern. @olesia definitely has perfected this hobby!

Tier Updates Finalized
Tier updates are out and finalized. You can check out the post HERE.
She short version is that Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements have changed a bit. Please review them.
A separate account has been created and 26 000 SP has been delegated to it. @qurator-tier-1-2 will be upvoting Tier 1 and Tier 2 members.
A large amount of SP was undelegated from @qurator to accommodate for the new account, BUT the upvote weights have been adjust so they should balance out. Just have to see how the Voting Power holds up with the big change.

Steemauto Curation Trail
We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.
Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P

There seems to be a huge gap from T4 and T5 vote value. Is that suppose to be a $0.36 instead of $0.26? :)
Indeed there is. T5 was our elite tier in the past. After the new update and the Tier 1 and 2 members being moved to @qurator-tier-1-2 they voting weights will be more balanced with the new tier update on Monday. =)
