Identity - Original poem - 100 Days poetry challenge Day #14

in #poetry6 years ago (edited)

Greetings, Steemians and colleagues from Steemitschoolpoetry.
We are on day 14, heading for a hundred days of poetry. I thank the people who support me and who have read what I am creating for the cycle of 100 days of Poetry summoned by steemitschool. Always waiting for your kind look and that you like them. We continue without fainting.

My musical theme that I connect to this creation is:Disturbed - The Sound Of Silence

"If you ask me about my poetry,

I must tell you: I do not know; but if you ask poetry who I am,
She will tell you who I am. "
Pablo Neruda (1904-1973) (Nobel Prize for Literature 1971)

Identity

Inhabitant of seeds hidden in dreams,
delving into unknown and recognized worlds
you discovered a lost mystery,
a pack of wolves locked in a bottle of those
that they throw into the sea,
that carry posthumous messages,
without recipient,
only the package transported.
From so much digging in ancient sands,
you unearthed the darkness of a blow
you tore its face and
since then he has been looking for you,
looking for a place to germinate.
You wander at random and invite the souls to wander,
leaving the cat's eyes on a path,
under the halo of a streetlight.

You spill words like raindrops.
You wander and you lie on the ground,
to contemplate how a future shade stem grows.
You are powerful and you dare to destroy hostile worlds,
of discordant evil, for perpetuation
of your race.
That does not add or subtract you,
it takes you to the corners
of a time without time:
the dark perfidy that aborts the light
and it buries you into inclement nothingness,
where you will never see even a piece of skin.
You want to involve a good woman,
but only Aspasia offers you a place.
You locked yourself in four walls,
you nailed your reborn essence
in round beings like his wheel:
they go, they come,
they complain and they come back.

Saludos, Steemianos hispanohablantes.

Eres poderoso
y te atreves a destruir mundos perversos,

Sort:

Wow, wow, and three times wow. I have to give this a third read. This gave me a lot to contemplate. It is one of these works you get something from everytime you read.

I'll second that!!!

Excellent poem amigo, what some catchy first lines.
I enjoyed reading your poem.
Keep writing, keep being perfect.
Gracias Amigo.

Friend @blessedben. What a great pleasure it is to receive your impressions of my creature and even more pleasure, that you have liked. Your opinion has a great value for me ... THANK YOU!

You wander and you lie on the ground,
to contemplate how a future shade stem grows.
These were my 2 favorite lines.

I am helping @d-pend in curration of poetry and was just moved into helping in the intermediate category, you'll see my feedback every couple days. Yesterday we had our class on critique. We're going to be doing these on Thursdays at 16:00 GMT. We are moving into a phase where the comments are going to be more geared toward critique so that we can all grow as writers. Feel free to come by and critique some of my poetry. It would be welcomed with open arms and is badly needed. But before I make an assumption that you are open to suggestions on your writing I want to just ask, "Are you open to suggestions on your writing?" Not that I think my suggestions should be taken by you, it's more that they can be used as a tool to open doors for future poems because it's a critical set of eyes that want to see you improve. I need those eyes too. We all do, but it's up to you. So let me know if I need to slow my role. Or if you are open to critique. 😎

Greetings, @acousticsteveo. Thanks for the visit. It is an honor that accompanies my growth in the school of poets. Constructive criticism is always welcome. I have no objection to the exercise of the function assigned to him, except for the use of language which, I hope is respectful and rich in sensitivity, because we are all learning, life is a continuous learning.
