DEK Photography: Gray Justice
A seagull, looking at the District Court's lettering, while flying by the massive building, once used by the communist party. You can see another architectural fragment here.
I think black and white is perfect for this photo. Gray is a neutral color and so should be the decisions of the representatives of the judicial branch of any government.
