Pretty bad day yesterday losing about 2 units and also receiving more (in my view) toxic unjustified downvotes on Steemit which triggers me like crazy as I see no solution and it only drives me away from the platform I once loved. I no longer can justify putting about an hour into a post making sure everything looks really nice. I already stopped putting the time in making custom thumbnails and will just keep things plain text with info from now on until this ridiculous war is over.

Mechelen vs Antwerp

I had an early pre-game bet on this one taking Antwerp -0.25 @ 1.890 which now crushes the currently available odds which have dropped to a more correct -0.5 @ 1.877 on Pinnacle. Unless the odds move back, this is pretty much a guarantee +EV bet with a nice edge. Antwerp team didn't travel all that much during the international break and should be good to go. (Only goalkeeper Bolat traveled 4700km but didn't even play)

Anderlecht vs Stvv

It's hard to say Anderlecht has been underrated this season, the opposite is very much true with them being on the bottom of the standings when it comes down to losses against the Asian handicap at home. 1W-4L. Some things have changed during the International break. The entire setup with Kompany being player/coach with Davies on his side has been dropped and Vercauteren was brought in as the new coach. The long term vision of bringing an attractive offensive-minded game with young players is still the goal, but short therm talking points will likely be a priority and Vercauteren is expected to play with 2 defensive midfielders. Stvv got crushed by both Kortrijk and Genk especially in the first half last 2 matches are a quite unreliable team mixing up decent performances with horrible ones. Right now I'm waiting for Anderlecht to get into a flow to start backing them as I do believe the will get in a winning streak at some points. I'm not sure if today is the match already. Not that many A-Squad players had international duty last week and I don't expect them to be affected by this. If they come out strong, I might back them on the 1st half line. For now, I'm just waiting it out trying to get more information live. No Pre-Game Bets

Cercle Brugge vs Charleroi

The story of Cercle Brugge is that they have been getting crushed because they tend to get tons of goals against. They sacked their coach and acquired Bernd Storck who did great things with Moeskroen last season. Charleroi has been a similar team to last season, a very annoying opponent for most teams who tend to take the points. They have been in a bad streak as of late taking 1 on 9. A remarkable statistic is that they top the away HT leaderboard (with 1 match less compared to most other teams). As much as I want to go with the new coach shock effect angle, I will be keeping a low profile and will see how this match plays out live. No Pre-Game Bets
