My Top 5 In Order
It’s 4:18AM... I have finally finished my post and I must say...153 Entries is a beautiful thing. Yet and still, I blaze through the entries to find my top picks and show love to some new faces who earn such recognition, as well as, some reliable high quality artists. As one of the 5 judges, and as an original artist also, I aim to represent the best original artists in this contest from our wonderful Steemit community. I am keeping my ears open for cover artists as well, don't worry but creating an original song is indeed impressive, especially if executed and performed well. Best of skill and performance to you all next week. This week was amazing and had a colossal amount of entries. There were many gems I found and there were still many talented performers who entered, so forgive me if I didn't list you, I definitely heard everyone's entries. See you next week!

”You are a superstar” those are the words from my wife @happyharmonymay. You really do have perfect pitch, high quality soulful singing, wonderful songwriting and storytelling skills. 2. @yourmercury‘s "Stay With Me" by Sam Smith Cover Song
I am so happy you entered in for the second time in a row. Your last entry was solid, but this entry really showcased your singing abilities. You were so much more smooth and on point with the high end falsetto notes and you do Sam Smith’s song justice. You are singing into a mediocre headphone mic and it still sounds amazing. I can only imagine how great your entries would be with the proper equipment to enhance the tonalities and qualities of your superbly ranged vocals. Keep up the great entries.
3. @nestorchacin’s "Aunque Sea Poco Cover Song
Two 3rd place entries? I know...I’m breaking my own rules here just this once. I loved the fact that you all are so in sync, (sorry, bad pun?) I didn’t mean to reference any similar groups, but I do enjoy the chemistry you have. Just the right amount of singing from each of you three, individually, as well as a whole. You know you are skillfully talented, the harmonies are silk smooth, and the overall passionate and energetic performances convey a potent believability even to people who speak a different language. You all did great, keep the entries flowing through.

3. @lisamalletart’s "Leva Ao Vento” Original Song
You, the power couple, have done it again. You’re synchronocity and ebb and flow vibing is such a joy to watch. You truly love performing and sharing music and you do so with such precise skill and soulful singing and playing. It is effortless and your entries are always high quality and make you feel one with nature with the organic approach. 4. @jaredkhamanah’s "Mercy" Cover Song
You gave a really good entry and from the beginning I could tell you could sing and about almost a minute in, you turned up your conviction and poured your all into the song belting out emotions that connect wth the soul. Really nice performance and guitar playing, you owned this entry entirely and the energy in this that you share is a force to respect and appreciate. Your warm vocal textures, presence, artistic driving style and your steady singing control earned you a top spot. 5. @lauralvarado’s "Pastor De Mi Corazon" Cover Song
You have such a lovely voice, and you are also a powerful singer, as well as, a clearly capable guitarist. From the moment you opened up, I was hooked on your passionate performance. You are a clear example of someone who cares about the quality of music and how to make a real difference with the beautiful sounds you create and share with us. This was a wondeful cover choice and I also request to hear an original from you if you have any or challenge yourself to write one. You have a great set of qualities that is sought after in performers.
