Good morning #needleworkmonday! Here's a brief report of community growth since the beginning of October.
After the hardfork in September, @taskmaster4450 proposed that the time was right for another round of #minnowuprising. This is a concerted attempt to grow small accounts (up to 500SP) by consistent posting and voting.
At the beginning of October, I did a small report showing growth in the needleworkmonday community for 22 accounts from the end of July (about 13%) and had a look at the profile of the #needleworkmonday community. This morning, I had another look:

Looking at growth in SP isn't quite so easy as two of the larger accounts have powered down. However, if I take those accounts out of the calculation (and adjust for delegations), the #needleworkmonday community has grown from 5,114SP at the beginning of October to 5,833SP today (that's approximately 14% over seven weeks).
Seven #needleworkmonday members benefitted from delegations from @taskmaster4450 to take their accounts to the 80 SP threshold: @eglep, @fiberfrau, @jamethiel, @jurich60, @kimmac, @tahiaarq and @lordvdr. Together, those accounts have grown by 91SP (about 60%). This represents about 23% return on investment on the delegated SP - thank you for your support @taskmaster4450.
Grow Your Account - Treeplanter Voting Circle
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: @TREEPLANTER IS RUTHLESS AND WILL JUST TREAT ANY INCORRECT TRANSFERS AS A DONATION TO PLANT TREES!
Currently, @treeplanter offers an additional 20% vote for your own posts - if you transfer .100 SBD to @treeplanter, you will get a 0.12 vote on your post. However, if you vote for someone else, @treeplanter will try to double the value of your transfer - if you transfer 0.10 SBD, your beneficiary will receive a 0.20 vote on their post.
If you would like to take part in this week's @treeplanter voting circle you must:
- post today under the #needleworkmonday tag according to the guidelines in the introduction post (I'm going to make an exception for the @needleworkmonday curation post which may be published later in the week).
- have 0.100 SBD in your account.
- post a comment below saying you would like to take part and giving the url for your eligible #needleworkmonday post.
- I will post a response telling you which post to vote for - wait until I tell you or we will get in a muddle!
There is often a queue for @treeplanter votes, so add your comment as soon as you can, the cut off time will be 8.00am London Time on Wednesday 21 November 2018 (except for @needleworkmonday).

I just voted for the post and also realized that I don’t have .10 SBD in my account. I just bought some more Steem this morning and powered up my SBD as well. I was actually going to vote for someone else after I got a chance to see some more posts today.

I guess I misunderstood something. The instructions in your post do not say who is supposed to receive an upvote. What post are we supposed to upvote?

I definitely have appreciated the delegated steem! It made a huge difference in our ability to feel like we were a part of this community. The treeplanter thing is beyond me but interesting. Thank you for the work you do to raise up the members of this community!
