The fund raiser for a new camera for Tom Duggan in Syria has blown me away, it is a resounding success. I would like to do a breakdown and a call for help, not money help, more help in getting the camera to Tom.
Breakdown of what I have now and why.

The camera needs ordering, it then needs to be sent to Toms friend in the UK who can fly to Syria with it, as it can not be posted to Syria, sanctions and all. I am willing to send the full fund I have today, to anyone who is willing to fulfil the above role. I need YOU one of you, to help me, to help Tom, will one of you step up to the plate?.
Everything I earn in SBD goes towards this fund, for ever more, as I want to buy them bullet proof vests, a tripod, and even food for the locals when all the above is over.
After this war we go to Yemen, not me, I am in Poland, and I can not claim to be the hero, I am simply the fund raiser for now, and I am happy with what I do, will one of you help me get this camera where it should be?.
We are breaking grounds here, we are directly funding an independent, truth telling journalist, on the ground in Syria. You are doing that, I am doing that and it is amazing to see.

@deliberator is NOT asking for monetary help here. He is asking for help from someone in the #steemit community interested in helping the informationwar. He has the money to purchase a camera, and just needs someone in the UK to purchase the camera and get it to Tom Dugan so Tom can continue using it to produce great journalism.

Being a HODLer there has never been a need to set up a bank account from my crypto exchange of use. They verified me through Equifax, of all services, so it should make it easy to link an account as the exchange is in my country. It will be 4 days, for me, until back home again.
Due to the time it may take to get a bank account linked to the exchange account and transfer time, please consider this one of your last available options. Hopefully someone situated in the UK will come forward and have an exchange already linked to their bank account. ✌

why not buy the thing on ebay uk via paypal and have it sent to tom's friend?
can you nor he not cash out the crypto into your banks at all? why not use localbitcoins, which is how i'd do it?
that would be the simplest option yes?
if you need me to help i will, but all i'd do is exactly that, convert to btc on binance or poloniex, cash out via local bitcoins, then buy the camera on ebay, and send it straight to tom's friend. i just don't understand why tom's friend can't do that, what am i missing?

Hi daz, I am daz also, as in Darren, I am from the UK and living in Poland, as my own country is a shit hole now, and I have no way of cashing cryptos here, I have 265 sbd in my account, you can see it via steemd, and Tom has no way to use it either, because Syria is under attack from the west, and under sanctions, as everyone wants it's resources, next question?
what about tom's friend in the uk? does he not use crypto ?
No, they are old school, most of the people that visit are house of lords people, they are dinosaurs, so to speak.
ok, well here is a great example of how if everyone used crypto it would really change how we did things, and make sanctions etc. irrelevant.

It did not work out, but I see, at this time, $2.34 is what the post has earned, which I assume will be somewhere about $1 transferred to my account. Just in case...If I get more, I'll send that also....
