@deliberator is NOT asking for monetary help here. He is asking for help from someone in the #steemit community interested in helping the informationwar. He has the money to purchase a camera, and just needs someone in the UK to purchase the camera and get it to Tom Dugan so Tom can continue using it to produce great journalism.
I am resteeming this to see if any of you out there might be able to help out in that respect.

If you can edit it... I recommend changing your title so it somehow indicates you need help from someone in the steemit community who is in the UK. It might catch their attention.
