As my body of work on Steemit grows, it becomes harder to find particular articles that I have done. Especially articles that I have done surrounding the same subject.

In my growing Incredible You! series, I often refer back to previous articles. However sometimes it is necessary to refer to the entire series, and it dawned on me that it would be good to have a link for it.

Steemit is still in beta, meaning that there are new designs and features being added all the time. At some point I'm sure there will be a grouping feature and the tagging will improve.

Until then I'm making this post so that you can easily come here and see all of the posts from the series. This has the added benefit of negating the need for me to put dozens of links at the end of every Incredible You! article, which can be untidy and off putting.

At the time of writing it is possible to edit articles for only a 7 day period, after that your article becomes locked. So any new additions to the series, I will be adding into the comments section; so that this article can continue to have use after that initial 7 day period.

Incredible You! - Flowstate Articles

Flowstate is a state of mind which enables you to carry out tasks effortlessly. It is a point of absolute control, calm and optimum performance. We can often perform tasks with incredible outcomes, that sometimes seem out of this world.

We are used to seeing sports people at the tops of their respective games being in flow; which is why so many people enjoy watching them.

However you don't have to be an athlete to enjoy the immense powers of flow. The following articles show you how to get there, with a combination of meditation and practical exercises.

By carrying out these exercises, you too can enjoy the wonderful feeling of flowstate

Mind Over Matter

Whether it is a mother lifting a car from a baby, or a person swimming under frozen ice for incredible amounts of time.

We have all heard stories and sometimes seen evidence of human feats that seem to defy the boundaries of our evolutionary design.

All of these feats are possible because the people responsible for them, have either consciously or subconsciously tapped into a hidden compartment of the mind.

This part of the Incredible You! series will take a look at some of those people. Whilst exploring if it is possible for you to recreate and emulate their amazing feats.

Remember to check in the comments section for any additions to this part of the series.

Wim Hoff Challenge

Unfortunately when I started this challenge, a lot of other things were going on around me, which meant I couldn't continue.

I believe this is an important part of the series, because it is taking a mind over matter technique, and applying it.

In the quest for mind-body control, and flowstate in general, it is important that I test theories and then show you the results.

So I will be adding to this series shortly, so please make sure to check in the comments section for new articles.

Conquering Your Phobias

We all have worries and fears, some of those fears can spill over from the rational to the complete irrational, that is when they become phobias.

In this short sub-series, I give you instruction on how to use memory editing techniques to gain control, and ultimately vanquish your worst phobias.

I WILL BE COLLATING AN AUDIO (AND TEXT) BOOK OF THE FLOWSTATE PART OF THE INCREDIBLE YOU! SERIES. THIS WILL HELP WITH THE GUIDED MEDITATION PARTS OF THE ARTICLES, WHICH ARE SOMETIMES TRICKY TO FOLLOW ALONG WHEN YOU'RE READING THEM.

HAVE YOU READ ANY OF THE INCREDIBLE YOU! SERIES? HAVE YOU TRIED ANY OF THE TECHNIQUES WITHIN? IS THERE ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE COVERED? DO YOU THINK AN AUDIO BOOK WILL HELP YOU?

AS EVER, LET ME KNOW BELOW!

You always write interesting stuff & I have read a few so far, thank you.

On your point re "indexing" I had a thought.
What if I used my own TAG eg "FRED-SPECIAL-TAG-Article1-part1"
or something like that, could or would that work so I can find my 'stuff' more easily & once found maybe I can provide a URL for others as a reference in future articles for others to find ?

If I follow a 'system' I could maybe even "tag link forward" ie use a tag to find "FRED-article-next-week" or something.

This obviously raises questions re size, quantity, limits etc of TAGS. I have no info on that.

Just wanted to share, maybe someone smarter than me can throw some knowledge on the steempile before I throw hours of editing into a bottomless pit of steeming stuff.

Thank you for your comments, I'm glad you're finding my content interesting :-)

As far as the tags are concerned, they unfortunately do not work as they should. I believe they are live for 30 days, and then the content gets renewed :-( This has been an ongoing point of debate for quite a while now. Hopefully it will get sorted soon

I experienced the same problem with my series, I ended up putting the link to the previous part in every part creating a chain of links readers can follow all the way back to the first one, I also used personal tags for them.
I see you have tags for your series that should make them easy to find, looks like I have some reading to do.

Hi, the problem with adding links to the bottom is that they get longer and longer and longer (I like to link to all previous, instead of just the last previous).

Unfortunately tags don't work very well on Steemit, after 30 days the content is disconnected from the tag.

This is the easiest way to do it for now :-)

Cg

huh, I didn't notice that about the tags, looks like I've been using them for no reason, thanks for the info ^_^
