THE DIARY GAME: 08/08/2020: Long And Beautiful Day!

Today was so exciting, I feel much better today than yesterday, I slept soundly like a little baby and I woke up feeling energized.

As usual is Saturday. Spent most of my day at home, doing my morning routines.
I felt like stretching my body, very soft but not intense at all.
First of all I warmed my back, then my hands and then my legs.
I didn’t intend to stretch for too long, but because of how it made me feel I completely stayed on my mat stretching.
After stretching I had to do some laundry, very small amount of clothes because,I try not to dump so much clothes, am too lazy to wash so many clothes at the same time.

After laundry I had my bath and just relaxed before having a big plate of Jollof rice and fried eggs. I mean I was so hungry and exhausted from all the chores I had to do this morning and that huge breakfast was really needed.

The only disadvantage was feeling so lazy and slow afterwards but I managed to get on with my crochet project as I rounded up with the last squares today and all that is left now is to seam all the squares together.

I tried so hard to seam today, but I was too tired and feeling very sleepy. At some point I just surrendered completely to sleep.
I didn’t realize how long I slept until my reminder for Saturday yoga classes woke me up.
I hurried to the bathroom to wash my face, dressed up and dashed out to get a cab to the studio.
Got to the studio late and everyone was wondering if I was okay but I told them it was sleep and that I was fine.

We only practiced for 30mins but it was intense, restorative and relaxing at the end.
After class I rested awhile before heading home. I took a walk down the road took me awhile to get a cab, after waiting for about 15minutes, I finally found one and got home at about 6:40pm.

Wow! Great to see! You are into sports, great physical exercise. Actually, I am also into sports but Don't know this training stuff. Thanks for your great effort engaging in this physical exercise and sharing with us.
