Photo contest: post processing #2
If you don't just shoot everything with your phone or camera, but have some further purpose, then in most cases you will have to process your photo in one of the editors. This can be a simple alignment of the horizon, cropping the photo to the desired format (or cropping something superfluous in the frame), exposure correction, increasing the clarity of the image... the tasks may be different, but they have the same way of solving them - to turn to the post-processing of the photo.
Если вы не просто снимаете всё подряд телефоном или камерой, а имеете какую-то дальнейшую цель, то в большинстве случаев вам придётся обработать ваше фото в одном из редакторов. Это может быть простое выравнивание горизонта, обрезка фото до нужного формата (или обрезание чего-то лишнего в кадре), коррекция экспозиции, увеличение чёткости изображения... задачи могут быть разными, но способ решения у них один - обратиться к постобработке фотографии.
Вашему вниманию предлагается необработанная фотография (JPEG, 2000х1333) сделанная несколько дней назад в Санкт-Петербурге на набережной реки Невы. В таком виде эта фотография является скорее случайным снимком со случайными объектами, которые просто попали в кадр. Здесь нет акцента или "главного героя". Это сырой снимок во всех смыслах.
We offer you a raw photo (JPEG, 2000x1333) taken a few days ago in St. Petersburg on the embankment of the Neva River. In this form, this photo is rather a random shot with random objects that just got into the frame. There is no accent or "main character" here. This is a raw snapshot in every sense.
Предлагаю всем желающим сделать самостоятельно свою постобработку этой фотографии с расставлением выбранных акцентов и базовой постобработкой результатов выбора.
I suggest that everyone who wants to do their own post-processing of this photo with the placement of selected accents and basic post-processing of the selection results.

Если честно, главная цель мероприятия не сколько конкурс, сколько ...как бы верно сказать, обмен опытом с целью обучения, что ли. Нужна движуха среди фотографов.
Твой опыт работы с изображениями/фото весьма востребован. Я более-менее владею ЛР, но ФШ практически не пользуюсь. А тут бы ещё и редакторы попроще привлечь.
Кроме того, ведь обработка не только улучшение картинки визуально. Это ещё и работа с композицией, акцентами и вообще с идеологией фотографии (@ty-ty)
А что ты имеешь в виду под "бОльшим"?

To be honest, the main purpose of the event is not so much a competition, as much...how would it be true to say, the exchange of experience for the purpose of learning, or something. We need a movement among photographers.
Your experience with images/photos is very much in demand. I more or less own LR, but I practically do not use FSH. And then it would also be easier to attract editors.
In addition, after all, processing is not only improving the image visually. It's also working with composition, accents and generally with the ideology of photography (@ty-ty)
And what do you mean by "big"?
then, I hope my entry will not leave you disenchanted. but, it will not happen to be useful for those who use not photoshop but 'other editors' -- especially smartphone-biased xD

Это может оказаться полезным для всех. Возможно у кого-то появится мотивация попробовать ручную обработку фотографий..
Даже если человек не пользуется ФШ, базовые инструменты обработки совпадают с инструментами других редакторов. И можно видеть чего ожидать от их применения.
Однако без личного опыта ничего не получится, а опыт - дитя практики ))

вне конкурса на скорую руку, так как оригинал слишком маленький для серьёзной обработки.
Прибегла к кадрированию для акцентирования на интересных мне отношениях между объектами. В первом варианте создалась перекличка между храмом и спасательным кругом.
Исправила линию горизонта, добавила контрастности и исключила множество лишнего, отвлекающего.
Второй вариант в смысле выбора объектов мне ещё более интересен, но такое мелкое кадрирование до размера марки из слабого оригинала ни к чему хорошему не привело. Увеличила размер обоих кропов.
Благодарствую за участие ) Правила немного изменились, теперь нужен пост, но комментарий с результатами и пояснениями имеет свою ценность для общих целей - обмен опытом постобработки.
Создание композиции в кадре делает фотографию Фотографией.

But I don't want to remember how I do something on processing. Everything happens intuitively. It is difficult for me to fix some moments, to make screenshots. It distracts from the main thing. Let it remain a spontaneous process and continue. I only care about the result, not the path to it.
Im Prinzip geht es mir ähnlich. Aber wenn dann etwas schief geht und ich den Prozess neu beginnen muss, dann bin ich froh, wenn ich noch weiß, was ich gemacht habe.
Und hier, für Bambukas Wettbewerb, ist es auch interessant für diejenigen, die mitlesen: um einander Ideen zu geben.

Die Achse von Kuppel zu Rettungsring hatte mich auch sehr interessiert, und ich finde die angedeutete Lösung nicht schlecht!
Nur sind immer noch zwei Objekte im Bild, meiner Meinung nach diese Achse stören und die man leider wohl kaum beseitigen kann: der dunkle runde Aufbau auf dem Schiff und das helle Gerüst am jetzigen Bildrand auf halber Höhe.
Da müsste viel retuschiert werden, um das zu beseitigen.

As for the seagull on the bollard: would this not look "too often seen"? But regarding the bollard itself, I will take a new look on the picture since you said it supports the designated idea with its presence. Sounds interesting!

Так бывает когда живя в Латвии. Автоматом включается переводчик, что на Русский язык, что на Английский. Я даже не понял перевода Русского языка. Хотя я знаю Русский язык. Я так понял, что надо редактировать ваше фото.
в моём посте сразу и английский и русский вариант.
Переводчик обычно реагирует на один из языков ))
