This is an interesting topic. My bank is called GTTB. They are really trying well in many aspects, especially convenient and modern banking. But there was a time they started debiting my on cash received. They If someone sent 5000 naira to me, they will collect 200 and credit 4,800. It continued for some time until I went to the bank to complain. It was not easy ooo. It stopped for that time and I have not noticed it again.
I bank with them too and they are doing this to me till now that means I will go to my bank and lay a complain
Seriously, are still banking with them till date

This one of long queue is really disheartening especially the network disappearing when its your turn. Am sorry about that. There is another problem I have seen with some banks - a harsh attendant.

Very well after waiting for that long the person attaining to you will tell you she has to eat after you waiting for 5hours and she will say this in a harsh tone it is not easy

Have you been debited and yet you did not see the money and you will suffer for 2 weeks before it will be reversed
Yes it was actually reversed but the stress I went through is nothing to write home about, and that was my feeding money in school, it happen again when I was about getting married

My bank self, sometimes will debit you without crediting you. Chaii, I was really broke the day I experienced this ugly thing from my King's bank
@chichieze. This one is really a big headache. And if it happens on a weekend or when you have no second choice, it wont be funny.
Am telling you, I really cried because it was during the weekend. So I had to wait till Monday
What about mine since last week they debited 5k from my bank uptill now they have not reverse it and the problem I am having is that I don't have time

I have account with 4 different bank but only one is serving me very well now, the one I love most disappointed me when I wanted to change my ATM card, I went to the bank by 9:am and the security man asked me
I honestly told him that I want to change my ATM card and he gave me number, I stayed from 9:am till 1:pm no where, I was worried and ask him several times, what is keeping here, you will come here and call some people even that I came before them and he said they are here to deposit so they don't need to stay outside with the money. As he left another security man told me any other time you come here tell them you want to deposit money you will go on time.

Yes I have but I have learn how to follow different characters, they can fustrate you especially when you want to find out what you do not know

Many do not love their job and they behave as if we forced them to work, while some have bad attitude

I had such Experience last year and I had to tell the security man that I wanted to deposit though I came back to tell him the truth after I was done
You can see what the world has turned to because people are not treating others honestly so many people lie the lie they hate
They only want to collect, don't mind them

Elephant bank can be devastated most times due to the fact that they have huge customers and till today i can not ungrade my account because of nepa bill

Ok it seems you need to update the address and tell them you are no longer staying there. Then use a new address that have a Nepa bill. I believe it will surely work

Am report from Aba, the Enyimba City. I use to have an account with Second Bank of Nigeria. But I closed it because of long queue. The annoying part is that you will see 13 counters, but only 2 or 3 persons attending to the whole world. Its very bad @chichieze

That is my bank, they are full of headache, the other day I went to change my card pin then they brought out a form for me to fill, my dear after filling the form the lady that attended to me tell me that my signature is incorrect mean while this is the same signature I have been using

Hello everyone, this is an interesting topic and I'll call my bank Ancient of Days.
They can be so frustrating when you want to withdraw your money.
The will say there is no network but when depositing, there is always network.
That is their duty, Expercially when you meet with the wrong person

Hahahahaha. You can dry the account and start afresh. Do you know that my Xenit Bank account was at a time debitting me on the negative side for ATM maintenance. What I mean is that when they finished the little money and the balance was 0.00, they continued with -20, -40. hahahaha
Hahahahaha. They like taking and keeping your money, but giving it back na wahala. Hahahaha. Am so sorry. How about the long queues we see in other banks, or illegal charges on ATM maintenance, does it happen in your bank too?

I am at Ecobank, some time i no de collect alert from my bank when somebody deposited money, but when i go to the bank the money dong enter

Don't try me bank is a wonderful bank. Its own unpleasant experience almost scattered my parents trust financially. Their sever made me transferred money more than three times without any notification that the transaction was successfully. Ten thousand naira transaction turns to thirty thousand without knowing.

I had that with one of the modern banks for almost 4 years and I'm yet to get refund from the person I transferred to

I am using 4 bank currently and the one I am using for my transaction is an old ancient bank where by you have to be there as early as possible so that you can go on time. Is always annoying

My NYSC account is yunnion Bank. There is one thing I hate with one of the branches in my city. The place they use for cash deposit today, if you return tomorrow, they will tell you its now for transfer. Next tomorrow if you go to the same desk, they will tell you its now for Western Union. Honesting, I felt the bank was rotating with the earth. Hahahaha. Nothing is fixed

My bank deducts monthly ATM maintenance fees three times in a month. What a fraudulent ac and when I wentand complained several times they keep saying it's a mix up somewhere
