Introduction
As a Moderator in the community, it's my obligations to set a good example to both old and new members of this community by engaging in members post regularly. Apart from that, I need to produce quality post free from plagiarism so that others can learn from me. It is also my responsibilities check post made in our community to make sure that the community members are following up any updates from Steemit team.
Some newbies or those who are not aware of the new updates, I make sure I remind them the importance of doing so by dropping a post made by @focunow on how to manage pictures on our post as a comment under their post. Checking of plagiarism and club statues remains my work. In other to carry out the work successfully, I normally use to check members post. Duplichecker
My recruitments and mentorship
This week I did not fully engaged in Promotion but did some mentorship work at home. First, I assisted @okere-blessing to engage in a contest organized by @steemalive. My town in 10 pictures. I thought her to support build the community account by dedicating at least one of her post to the community which she accepted with good heart. As I speak, she has written her #all4one post this week. Check it out here

Observations, Recommendations and Conclusion
I observed that, there are more engagement on poeples post now than before. I really applaud our community members for supporting #5times7 project initiated by @focusnow. Some of us are still finding it difficult to make there first picture rhyme with their title, while some are still putting their first picture in portrait orientation. I know, that we all will soon learn it. Please I encourage the leaders to continue guiding there recruites to know what to do.
