intro3.png

Hi Steemians,

In this third week of curation mission, running from August 12th to August 18th 2022, it saw a significant increase in the percentage of participation under the #fintech tag in the order of 21% to 217 posts. A rise that the entire Quality Control team was excited about it due to of its impact on our work, especially when we find this respectable amount of articles with good content.

This rise was offset by a growth in the percentage of accepted and upvoted articles to reach 12%, which jumped by about 15 articles compared to the previous week, with an increase also of 9% in the number of articles that were skipped to reach 81 publications. In contrast, we witnessed a decrease in the number of articles containing plagiarism. To be 3 articles the moderators of the communities have been notified of the perpetrator.

Overall, the voting pattern went up a bit, but that didn't stop all curator from contributing their feedback and advice. So please, dear users, do not skip this paragraph because it is important to continue working in our field in the coming weeks.

And as always, we'll go through more details, show off this week's best stats and suggestions, and finish the article with the top seven, so we hope you enjoy reading.

The observations of our curators :

@irawandedy 1st-day

Curation activity on August 12, 2022 decreased drastically, this is closely related to the publication of content with a FinTech theme, I waited for related posts until 3 am but only 10 posts were successfully curated out of a total of 30 posts that I verified.

Among the 20 posts that I ignored for several reasons:
. There are 10 posts that use fintech tagging but the writing is not appropriate.
. 1 Post is not a member of the club.
. 9 Posts using non-copyright free images.

Posts that do not use non-copyright free images are as follows:

Number
Post Link
1Technology and the effects in the health sector
2Are cars Slowly taking over the world's Technology system?
3Sharing my business experience on steemit
4Viernes de #ciencia-sc (12-8-2022) Cromosoma (Y) esencial para la vida del hombre(@montesdeoca)
5What is information and communication technology? Its benefits?
6Is biometrics taking over the world in terms of security?
7he Diary Game Better Life 12.08.2022: Yeni İşim
8Bisnis Makanan Cepat Saji
97 Secrets To Online Business Success For Stay At Home Moms

The 10 content that has received support are grouped into several categories:
. Posts Per Club Status: 3 posts club5050, 5 posts club75 and so club100 fills 2 posts.
. Post Per Domain: finance with 7 posts, then technology with 3 posts.
. Posts Per Language: 9 posts in English, and the remaining 1 post in Indonesian.

For curation, I prioritize accounts that are members of clubs, and a curation scheme by giving a higher percentage of votes if the club's status is at club100 or club75, but the quality of the content remains an important point. I hope my curation method will trigger them to continuously improve their club status over time.

@fredquantum2nd-day

During my curation for the day, there was an increased volume of entries under our tag, unfortunately, there was also a drastic drop in quality. The number of articles skipped for the day was almost the same as the curated content (with just one lesser than the curated article), mostly, these articles were skipped due to low quality and unsuitability for our tag.

There were no cases of plagiarism recorded for the day. The articles curated today are written in three languages, English, Spanish, and Indonesian with English dominating having taken a space of 60% of the total articles curated

In addition, for the first time in many weeks, I have curated more technology-based content than its business counterpart. Technology-related content curated for the day takes 53% of the total articles upvoted which is an improvement. I will like to advise users to improve the quality of their content subsequently.

@kouba01 3rd-day

This week's day allocated to me was almost similar to previous weeks in the number of articles upvoted with an increase in the level of entries that were skipped, but it was different in its statistics.

As I said earlier, this week also saw almost a stabilization in the number of upvoted articles with 17 posts which shows that we have maintained the same rate of curation as the previous weeks and on the other hand I skipped 16 posts this which is still a huge number, I explain that maybe with the increase in participation we had new users who are not used to our curation conditions, let's hope they will follow our instructions to have rewards when they will write under our #fintech tag next time.

But unlike previous weeks, there is a convergence in the languages in which the articles were published keeping the largest share for English at 52%, 18% for Spanish and 30% for Indonesian, because on the other hand we noticed a return of the balance between the two areas (53% for finance and 47% for technology) after a week in which this gap was closed. This week, articles owned by club100 users also converged to 30%, compared to 47% for club5050 and 23% for club75, and users who want to better curate are pushing, as usual, to increase curation value.

We also noticed 6 articles with weak content that were ignored, as well as 5 articles belonging to non-club users and 2 articles not belonging to the domain in which we are interested.

Finally, I will list the two articles that contained plagiarism:

@steemdoctor1 4th-day

The overall experience while curating the posts on this Monday was very great. There were so many posts that were fulfilling the requirements to get support from our team. There were also such posts that increased my knowledge and understanding about various things. So, I would like to say that the quality of the content during this week was excellent.

I have skipped a total of 4 posts and there were many reasons behind skipping these posts. 3 of them were skipped as they do not lie under the tag. The content of those posts was irrelevant. While the other one was skipped because the user was not in any of the club. So, these were some reasons behind skipping these posts.

@ozenozge 5th-day

This week, compared to last week, the content in the fintech tag has increased significantly. The quality of the content can also be said to be better than in the past weeks. Only one post found plagiarism and the moderators of the community where this post was shared were notified. 6 out of 28 checked posts were skipped. One of them was the plagiarized content mentioned above. Other reasons for skipping are that the authors are not affiliated with any club, or that the content is not related to #fintech. This week, the number of content in the finance and technology categories was very close to each other. One of the reasons for this was the contest held in the Comunidad Latina. Therefore, there was also an increase in Spanish language.

@pelon53 6th-day

I consider that today, Wednesday (8/17/2022), I have found enough posts, some of them of high quality. Today I was able to review 30 posts, but only 23 posts qualified for a positive vote.

The total of the 30 post, 7 post were skipped, of which 4 post were for low quality, 2 post did not meet the requirements of having author free images and one post was not voted because the author did not belong to any club. Most of these posts were left with a comment, in order to improve and receive a vote from SC05 in the next publications.

@chiabertrand 7th-day

During my curation this week, I noticed there was a great increase in terms of content quality and content quantity because I came across so many articles this week as compared to previous week. I came across a total of 38 articles which I had to skip 14 and supported 24. My reasons of skipping some of this articles are stated below

Most of my skipped articles were content not related to #Finance and #Technology, other articles were users who are abusing and violating #club status and not belonging to any club, 2 skipped articles were articles which the authors had already benefited from sc05 account 3X within 7-days. I didn't support one article because of its low quality. The article lacked an in-depth analysis and perhaps, it was too short and lack enough words

I curated 15 articles under #Finance and 9 under #Technology. This number is quite interesting and encouraging. I hope to continue seeing more users creating articles under this two themes so as to always stand chances of receiving support from SC05 account

During this week, there was no trace of plagiarism. We hope users abstain from this act and continue publishing 100% plagiarism free content.

This is the best article as far as my curation is concerned for the day. The author has made a review of the Axie infinity showing the features and different activities that can be carried out on the gaming platform. Even though the article is a bit lacking in terms of user experience, the user next on the list that could have been considered based on the user experiences hasn't been using his/her resources properly as such this is selected for the top spot today.

Why?

The author of this article gave his opinion on a very important topic, which is the night market. In fact, the word market for most people is related to the day, as most of them do their shopping or work at that time, but the success of the accidental experience of a night market held in his area after the harvest season prompted him to think about the economic and social benefits of this type of business as they were open the whole year. Excellent vision and hope to put it into practice.

In this week's best selection, the author explains in detail the concepts of market maker and market taker and related concepts such as order book, bid, and ask. Explaining the basics in a way that even a beginner can understand, the author then explains Steem Market Place and the role of Market Makers and Takers there. It is possible to understand the subject much more easily with the screenshots and the markings in the screenshots.
