INTRODUCTION
Is my pleasure to report my work again for the week ending 7-5-2023. Let me use this opportunity to thank all my colleagues for standing in for me the week that I was absent due to my uncle's burial. This week I have recharged to do my best . Last week, there was so many post ranging from contest post,diary post,photographs, food and lots more. Then as one of the community moderator I read through so many post to make sure they are up to standard which includes Ai free, plagiarism free, CSI etc.

My Extra activities during the week
I concluded my contest and announced the winners. During the week I visited an inactive steemain and encouraged her to come back. You can check her blog as she is fully back and have started posting actively.

Observations
As I was working on post I noticed that many steemains do not know the importance of voting others as I saw a lot of questionable and low CSI. I encouraged them to vote on follow steemains post.
Encouragement.
I want to encourage everyone to be creative, focused and determine. There nothing good that comes so easily steemit is my hope for a better tomorrow and I know we have goals to achieve so why not work hard and make a different and see yourself at the top.
