Hello steemians, greetings to you all, trust we are all doing great in our endeavours? it's another beautiful week of contest organize by our able @josepha. Let me share my humble opinion on this "The joy celebrating labour day"

workers day is set aside for them to be recognize and also honor and acknowledged their efforts in the labour force. Because it is said that "work without play make jack a dull boy" . So having perform or exercise their duties in their verious ministries or places of work,it will be important for all workers to celebrate and merry, have quality time with friends and family is also an avenue for workers to have some rest, although workers day are not celebrated on the same date in every nation but the celebration is aim at a particular purpose which is acknowledged, appreciate, honor, encourage respect, and celebrate to be celebrated.

Moreso, their fruitful years of constant service to the nation should be celebrated as an acknowledgement and recognition with respect giving to them. Workers also celebrate their day to create awareness to the nation to remember their efforts. This also serve as an appreciation to encourage their selfless service to humanity.

To my own understanding,WORKER'S DAY is a day appointed by the government of every nation/country to celebrate workers for their selfless efforts. Is a day set aside to acknowledge and recognize their support and contribution to the development of the nation.

Is also an Holiday with privilege to have quality time with friends and family, and is a work free day for workers. Is a special day for workers merry and have fun and it's accompany with alot of display in state and national conference centres.

Steemians deserve a special day to celebrate and have fun as long as it doesn't go against STEEMIT code of conduct. But setting up a day aside for steemians as a special day would be better if discuss and organize by coordinators.

How that day should be is....An open Opinion should be provider for everyone to air their suggestions on how to make improvements on the platform. Quality suggestions should be rewarded for encouragement, that will also create an awareness to general public. Or the day should be chosen base on days we have less work or activity is minimal for everyone to take part in the celebration of steemians special day. I suggest wearing of uniforms worldwide as a symbol of unity in the platform, as videos will be recorded alongside pictures will be taking, a state or a community will have celebration centers as well as national centers.

What we should do on workers day is we should stand to encourage not to discourage them about their contributions to the society and the world in general. This will push them to do more.
Not only on workers day should they be encouraged but once in a while party in form of celebration should be organized for them by their employer. "Because work without play make jack a dull boy".

Conclusion

Happy workers day in arrears to each and everyone. i give credit to @josephac9 for organizing this wonderful and lovely contest and i wish everyone should take part on the contest with their views on how they see or understand by workers day.
