Master Cleanse...Day 17

I am on day 17 - and still poopin' so I guess there is still stuff in there. I take a tsp of Diamatecious Earth in the morning and at night. I take 3 Magnesium Citrate pills at night as a laxative. I get up at 6am and I drink a quart of salt water. Then about an hour later I poop for about another hour or more.

Then I make the lemonade and I go about my day. Today I had a thought about going to Tokyo Joe's and getting some spring rolls - then I remembered - "No, I am on a cleanse." It's weird - I go through a strange surprise and sadness, and then I pray and ask The Creator to remove my desire. I believe God, the Creator of Earth and it's creatures, is ok with me doing this and is giving me the power to abstain from killing myself and other creatures...

If it's true that we are frugavore's - what a great deception has been played on us by the powers that should not be...

I miss flavors. But I really want to get as much accomplished as I can on this cleanse. Wednesday is the end of this Mercury Rx Shadow so I might stop then, or at 21 days - but I might not.

I bought 64 oz of fresh squeezed oj and put in the freezer for when I come off - - which I am sure is wrong - but I don't have a squeezer for oranges so it's going to have to work... and then I can do the vegetable broth the following day.

I have lost 10 lbs. I am sleeping better. It is remarkable to me what the control system has convinced people to eat these days. People eat things that the body cannot digest and then they get sick. My vegetarian friend is working up in Nebraska doing power line inspections... he asked "what's that smell?" and no one knew in McCook - then someone said "Maybe the feed lots..."

Thousands of cows in jail in Nebraska and smell of death all around...but you can buy a house up there for $50k and live in a town of 953...the control system is getting it's way...

I could not live where I could smell the blood of that kind of evil. And yet, that's what we are eating. Ingesting, taking into our bodies.

I am not going to become a crusader for veganism - I am doing this because I listened to Mark Passio's talk on Carnism and I confronted my beliefs and inconsistencies. I had to look at how I eat. I think the last straw was looking at my client die of cancer, willfully, ignore-antly, kind of like he was pounding his fists because he wasn't getting his way, as he shoveled bad food into his pie-hole. He was grossly overweight, and so was his son... and the way the treated each other - passing the self-loathing to the next generation.

Master Cleanse

I am following the Lemonade Diet to the letter. I am also taking a parasite cleanse as well, diatemaceous earth. I am also getting assistance from this website.
I am doing this cleanse so that I can get off of coffee, meat, & dairy and also kill some gut parasites.
