Master Cleanse...Day 7
7 must be the magic number, or maybe not taking the salt water flush yesterday did something to me,but now I am enliminating a lot more. Like - every 5 min between 7 and 9 this morning, I was in the bathroom...wow!
I did feel a little woosy this morning before I took the lemonade - like I do when I go off meat. Maybe the protozoa are starting to get angry.
Hence, I decided to try to add in a tsp of diamataceous earth as a parasite cleanse. I remembered I had some and we shall see what happens - maybe 1 tsp in the am and 1 tsp at night.
I am not very hungry, although last night I did end up taking 1 more lemon before bed (2 more glasses).
It gets weird when I have to go out in public and try to explain to people what I am doing. Like yesterday at the jewelry apprenticeship - my teacher volunteers at the food bank so there are piles of food she brings us - I had to tell her right off the bat - I am doing a cleanse, otherwise she very well might have whipped up a 3-course brunch for me. Today I am going to hang out with a friend- probably at a restaurant - I don't know him very well so he probably does not know or understand much about a cleanse - but we will be sitting there in a booth talking and I will be pouring myself glasses of lemonade, much to the chagrin of the wait-staff.
Everything went well today till I went to the Grocery to get lemons and I was on the phone, not paying attention, and I ATE some samples of citrus and vegetables - I realized I was eating the vegetables and spat them out. Wow. I do feel over the hunger - I should just go to sleep before I get hungry.
