Master Cleanse...Day 6

Last night was awful. Insomnia till 2am. Mainly because I was worrying and could not shut my mind off. I was supposed to get up early and go do something I did not want to do so I figured out another way to do it and added 2 hours to the alarm and went to sleep. This info proves that I don't need melotonin because it's not helping. I use my insomnia wrist points when I finally remember and then go to sleep.

I didn't do the water flush because I had to go to a job early, so I skipped it but still eliminated. This will be interesting. Last night I had to bargain with myself that I was not going to go past 10 days. I go to bed voraciously H-U-N-G-R-Y - but we shall see what happens by then.

Today I was not hungry at all - I was fine all day at the jewelry shop, but I also did not drink water. I am just amazed at how good I feel. I am off coffee and meat - and am not sick or having the headache.

add water to your diet and drink it even if you are not thirsty.

yea yea yea - I know- I was just unable to at the front desk today. I drank the lemonaid and water in that - and now I am drinking water.

yes - the wrist points are on the under part of your forearm, about 2 fingers width below your wrist in the middle - press hard and if you feel a tingling sensation that's it.
