Master Cleanse...Day 10

The moon is full. The gut animals are out and about, making their presence known, with outbreaks of various rashes, and nausea... I am gonna keep going with the cleanse a little while longer. I need to figure out what I am going to eat when I come off of it, after the ease-out period.

I am following the Lemonade Diet to the letter. I am also taking a parasite cleanse as well, diatemaceous earth. I am also getting assistance from this website.
I am doing this cleanse so that I can get off of coffee, meat, & dairy and also kill some gut parasites. I am off coffee now - only took 3 days to lose the headache which was not too bad on this cleanse.

I am a beef-lover but it is too immoral for me to continue ...even though I buy super dooper beef from KW Farms in Alamosa, CO, I still eat other things that are not that humane - and looking in my dog's eyes - I understand that all animals are animals - and I would like to get away from this practice - at least give it a TRY and see if I can do it. As above, so below.

I have type-O negative blood and was told I would not do well on a non-meat diet. I was not able to just transition slowly to vegetarian without experiencing extreme discomfort - I could barely find anything on this online...my ND told me that my bile production went down when not digesting meat and therefore would not kill the viruses in my gut, so eating beef was keeping me "well".

My adrenals are exhausted from coffee, and when I tried to get off it myself I would experience extreme depression. So far, I have not had that experience at all on this diet. I have been energized, and optimistic...

I still do have insomnia but I am just not using melatonin - it does not seem to help. The only thing that works for me is acupressure:

I hope to eat smaller portions, of organic fruits and vegetables...vegetarian and raw food. I was inspired by the youtubes of Dr. Robert Morse ND, as well.

I have lost 10 lbs on the diet, so far.
