Shang Tsung is another one of my favorite fictional characters.
Shang Tsung is one of the characters from the video game series Mortal Kombat, which was also made into a movie.

Shang Tsung is a very powerful sorcerer, who needs to consume the souls of mortals in order to survive.
His appearance has undergone many changes over the years, in each version of Mortal Kombat he became a little bit different each time.
He is also one of the original characters, who was the final boss in the first Mortal Kombat.

I really love the character Shang Tsung.
He is able to shape shift into the people of whom he has consumed their souls.
He also has powers in black magic, able to fire flaming skulls at his opponents. Plus he has the ability to steal your soul.

If you haven't played Mortal Kombat it's a really great video game series.
