Cancer - Freewrite

Today, as I was preparing the prompt, I actually used a random word generator. In an ideal world, I like the prompts to be on my spreadsheet many days in advance - so I forget them and they are new to me as well.
Guess what - we are not living in an ideal world. At least not always.
There are days...
And lately, I had many of those days. All good, no worries. Just busy.
So, cancer came up. I was the third or fourth word since the first ones showing up were old news to us long time freewriters.
I could have sworn that cancer was already a prompt - but my handy, dandy spreadsheet told me otherwise.
so, I used it.
Of course, many people are going to write about cancer as in cancer the disease. I won't/
I had it and so have many around me. Some are alive - others, sadly are not.
So, this is my freewrite about cancer - the disease: IT SUCKS!!!!!
Hmm, and that doesn't fill 5 minutes but it is the core for that topic.
So, to fill up the rest of this time, let's talk about cancer - the zodiac sign.
Now, you might or might now put any value in the horoscopes and predictions and such. And I am not a daily Horoscope reader and adjust my life around it.
But - there seems to be something to it. For example, my youngest son's sign is cancer
and what is said about cancer in publications like this so very much fits his personality.

Darn!!! I wish I had thought of the zodiac sign. I kept going back to Non Hodgkins because of Mum... and finally decided to give it a miss and just scrapped the whole FreeWrite...
