Ulog 26 - Tree Collards

A few years back, I learned about Permaculture and the idea of planting perennial veggies instead of annuals.
One of the favorites for many Permaculture people is tree collard. Sometimes it is also called Walking Stick Kale. But it really is a Collard and a very good one. The taste is less bitter than many other collard varieties - and it grows and it grows and it grows.
A dream plant, really.
All the plants you see in this video originated from one part of a stem a friend gave me. It truly is the gift that keeps on giving.
We like to eat it. The chickens like to eat it. The neighbors like to eat it. So good.
It is so easy to propagate and if you want a piece - I am happy to give you one.
