What's for Lunch?! Chinese Veggie Stirfry with Rice
Today for lunch we had a Chinese vegetable stirfry. Actually, I had veggies I needed to use and this is what's for lunch!
Simple recipe. Stirfry of onions, yellow bell pepper, celery, carrots, cabbage and cherry tomatoes. Seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic chili sauce and sesame oil.
Served with some steamed jasmine rice.

At first I thought that was Lettuce before I read it lol. I know that in some dishes they use cooked lettuce in Asia. I have been curious to try it. I cant imagine it would be much different than using Napa Cabbage. I also have seen the fad of people grilling romaine lately lol.
I kept the cabbage in big chunks. I like it still with a little bite. Yes, actually I have used lettuce before and it is good. I add the lettuce last. Thanks @healthyrecipe
