At first I thought that was Lettuce before I read it lol. I know that in some dishes they use cooked lettuce in Asia. I have been curious to try it. I cant imagine it would be much different than using Napa Cabbage. I also have seen the fad of people grilling romaine lately lol.
I kept the cabbage in big chunks. I like it still with a little bite. Yes, actually I have used lettuce before and it is good. I add the lettuce last. Thanks @healthyrecipe
