COOKED #16: Vongole Pasta

Last home cooked food before leaving to Asia...

We had a last dinner at my friend's place. Again we bought a lot seafood. My favorite are these KingPrawn super expensive but the best. You can eat these raw if you buy the good ones. So we had them raw with soy sauce only. They were incredible....

Kingprawns Sashimi Grade

We prepared Moule Mussels with Whitewhine and Garlic

And I cooked a Vongole Pasta

Result total satisfaction....

Only problem we were too full after eating and could not finish the dessert ;) My pasta were perfectly cooked (al dente) and the Vongole were great. The best were the Moule Mussels and the Kingprawn Sashimi. the Kingprawn just melted in my mouth... so tasty. I will never be able to live somewhere without great seafood...
