Taste Bud Travel Tuesday - TURKEY KEFTEDES (GREEK MEATBALLS) & COUSCOUS w/ ROASTED GREEN BEENS
Happy Tuesday Steemians!!
For those of you following me, you know that I am traveling. At the moment, I am in Idaho visiting my aunt and uncle. My aunt and uncle aren't exactly world travelers, (big understatement). But my aunt is one of my avid followers and she knows I can create some international dishes. So, on her own, she asked me to do some Greek.
I used turkey on this dish, because frankly, I don't like the ground beef here in the states. It's way different then what we have become accustomed to in Chile.
As always, the RECIPE is available upon request and I love it when I get a request, by the way. And, this dish is actually really easy to make, so I really encourage you to give it a try.

I have checked on your page a few times, knowing you were travelling, I have missed your posts!
Honestly...... would you just start a restaurant please so people can come and eat your food with your quality control measures in place.
Can you imagine the people from around the world who would come to meet you just because they met you on Steemit or online via food blogs etc?

Gurl, look at you go! I can't wait to get down there and do some cooking with you. So far, I've backpacked to Mexico City which is where I currently am. It will be awhile but I'm coming.
