I CAN DEADLIFT with proper form!! But I can't work my camera properly :D

Ahahah this @rmsbodybuilding thing always presents some unexpected problems :D Last time it was me doing the worst DLs possible and today...

I've forgotten to set my light sensitivity sensor back to 0!!

I was playing around with it yesterday night in the bar :D Stupid idea anyway. Sooo yeah, half of the screen is white and me wearing a white tshirt doesn't help :D But thx god there's a clothes shelve right behind me soo you can actually see my lower back not bending that much in the lowest position.

Conditions: Hangover :D (not that bad tho, saying it just cuz it's funny :) It didn't effect the performance IMO)

Zkus na startu víc tlačit do pat a představ si, že lámeš tyč. Bude to sice znamenat, že budeš muset víc níž, ale s těma dlouhejma nohama bohužel moc nehneš :). Představ si, jako kdyby si chtěl udržet holenní kost vertikálně s podlahou. To by mohlo trochu pomoct. Ale zase čím lepší technika, tím víc to bude na úkor tý rychlosti :D taky můžeš jako rozcvičku dát 2-3 série one leg good mornings (po 10 by mohlo stačit) s tyčí na zádech (tyč se dotýká týlu hlavy, prostoru mezi lopatkama a kostrče). Špičku stojný nohy přímo před sebe, stejně jako kyčle (nevyklánět do stran). To je jeden z takovejch jednoduchých cviků, co nastartujou celej posterior chain. Až budeš v pohodě zvládat a budeš to dělat automaticky, tak přidej váhu. Ta tyč na zádech ti ze začátku dobře připomene, že deadlift je primárně ohyb v kyčli a že to není ani ohyb v zádech, ani pohyb kolene dopředu...pak jsou ještě i jiný varianty samozřejmě. Ale to bysme tady mohli bejt měsíce :D

uuu to znie dost zaujimavo. Na to su tie drevene cool palice ze? No co uz, ja to budem musiet s barbellom robit. Isto vyskusam. Aj na ten hold na kruhoch co si mi poradil sa stale chystam, len som par dni nato padol z bajku a hrozne pomaly sa mi hoji ta ruka, asi skrz box a tie neustale narazy. Preto musim aj kliky len na tych paralettes. A stojky nehrozia :D Ale tak vzdy sa da najst nieco co sa da robit :) Isto vyskusam. Nooo rychlosti je skoda, ale tak asi to bude lepsie, robit s good form :D Diks!

Hele ne, normálně ti stačí násada od koštěte třeba :)

Ty malý cool palice podle mě používaj na balanc (konkrétně předmětů) a kombinujou to třeba s teacupem, pistol squatama a tak. To bude něco na styl Fighting monkey si myslim, ale jistej si nejsem.

Edit: Co se týče tý "proper form", tak bejt tebou v tom najdu nějakej kompromis. Pokud třeba u toho zvedáš 50% svý maximálky, tak ten neurosvalovej podnět není tak vysokej...nebo můžeš místo těch one leg good mornings zvednout pár warm-up sérií třeba s 50-80% toho, co budeš zvedat v tom workoutu a udělat je maximálně technicky dobře. Jde prostě o ty automatismy. Dostat je do sebe a máš vyhráno :D

A hej, rozsah sa mi uz vratil, uz mozem aj stojkovat s nohami o stenu. No este nedokazem balancovat a "tlacit" do tej dlane, ked ide clovek prepadnut dopredu. Je to ale lespie a lepsie, dufam ze za mesiac uz to pojde :)

Great your deadlift technique is much more better, just need to practice a little bit more(try to keep your back straight as an arrow all the time) and engage your legs more

Hmm Im trying to keep it as straight as possible but it somehow aint possible to keep it any more straight than it is. Do I lack some mobility somewhere? Hamstrings? Or the lower back itself?

Just leave your iso on auto next time then! 😜 for this indoor shot no need for manual mode

Haha it wasn't ISO. Just googled what the name of the setting actually is and it is "exposure compensation". I know what it's doing but had no idea what the name is haha :D

Lol got ya, I honestly never use the exposure compensation as it does different things depending on the setting of the camera, I wouldn’t want it changing the shutter speed mid filming so it had no motion blur for example.

Tbf it’s perfectly clear enough to see nearly all the shot anyway. Nice deadlifts btw

Yeah when I used to CrossFit I used to do that all the time, concentrating is hard after a few rounds 😂

The lighting wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting (and yes, I've done the wrong settings on the camera thing many times...lol!). I'm completely impressed that you still managed to form words after that workout, let alone head to wrestling practice after. Extra props for making the tiny space work! 😊

I'm actually a big fan of tiny spaces. 100% agree that it's a mugs game paying for exmpty space that you don't spend that much time in!
