Hello and good day my friends!! Sorry for the late upload, yesterday was such a lazy day :)))

But here you are, enjoy my video! We ate pretty healthy today and maybe not even too much!! But we didnt do any exercise, as i am aching from entire weeks of exercise !! hahah

So for breakfast i made this amazing dish, i highly recommend!! its rye bread with fried eggs, avocado and cherry tomatoes soooo tasty!!! What did you get up to this sunday? :))

Fasting is a great way to lose weight, and I agree with you to not focus too much on the weight on the scale but go more with the mirror, weigh-in once a week is enough, also because day by day the body goes through weight fluctuations.Anyway good to keep updated with your progress :)

Im trying to lose weight myself. However I find this very hard as I am a student and my budget for food cant really afford to eat healthy and such. So what I did is I would just limit my carbs in take and focus more on eating meat or eggs or fish. And twice or thrice a week, I devote 15 mins for exercise. I cant afford gym so I do home workout and for 5 months now, I can say Im seeing some progress and good results. Anyway, thank you for sharing your journey! Keep inspiring!
