How the Women Are Working At Women Empowerment Part-5
Dear Supporters,
Today we inaugurated our new sewing machine for @WomenEmpowerment. Women used sewing machine first time and our trainee really enjoyed the training class.
We bought a new sewing machine last week. Women Empowerment was founded on 7th January 2017. We are working now with 10 women to empower them by training for 2 months. We will give them training for 6 months and 2 days in a week. After the training, we have the plan to open a shop by investing money by @Azizbd and also amount we earn from steemit ( @WomenEmpowerment) . The project will allow them to get hired and find a permanent job.
Today they were introduced to the functions and how to work with the sewing machine and they learnt how to start and close their work with the machine. Some of them tried and played the machine as try.
Mahmuda was trying to work with the machine when other women were observing and helping each other. We are very happy that all the participants were present during today's class. We don't want to work with more than 10 this time but less.
Mother of Jannatul joined today with other trainees. She returned city again with her children. So, in total, we have now 10-12 trainees. And if they agree, we will open a shop for them where people can order customize things for sewings. We will invest in sample products and will make more new things for sale outside and inside Bangladesh.
Thank @R2cornell and @girlbeforemirror for the help to buy the sewing machine.
