Engagement is KEY in this Steemit world of ours, and the #newbieresteemday initiative host contests to encourage participation with one another. Our members choose to either host their own contests or highlight some great newbie authors with a weekly post like @amariespeaks’s Minnow Mondays or @wanderlass’s Minnow Fridays.

A little over a week ago, I held a contest to share the different personalities we’ve come across in life. I had some fabulous entries. Check out their shared stories on the Let’s Talk Personality! contest.

NOW, on to the winner. The big winning image should be a hint as to who the winner is, but below will explain how I selected @kismet2018.

I used this website tool that randomly pick a name from the contestant list. Eveyone who shared a story made it onto the list. One member, @seaslim, did not share a story, but showed us what kind of personality SHE has by gifting me with my new BeeYOU logo image. It is so pretty!! That’s the girl in me speaking. I added her in the list because she shared her giving and kind-hearted spirit with me.
