Hab ich noch nie so gesehen 👍 daher hinterlasse ich auch mal ein up.
Kann man das so essen? Was meinst du mit entledigen? Danach die schwarze Pelle abziehen? :-)
Naja die Haut von Paprika ist für uns Menschen nicht so leicht verdaulich. Viele haben nach Paprika verzehr Magenschmerzen oder andere Symptome. Daher bietet es sich an die Paprika entweder mit einem Sparschäler zu schälen oder kreutzweiße einritzen Olivenöl drauf und bei 108° Oberhitze ein paar Minuten backen. Die Haut trennt sich fast von allein vom Fruchtfleisch. Noch einfacher ist es die Paprika in die Fritöse werfen und dann ins Eiswasserbad. Hier stehts drin
