As i mentioned previously about the E-banking division, its importance and necessity in meeting the evolution and growth in the banking sector, so as for me it was normal and logical thinking to be a part of this division (to gain experience and to know more about the relation between the traditional banking transactions and the online services).

After starting my work i was able to notice that every department and unit and even Sub-unit is a soldier in serving the E-banking, each one has its own duties citing some of them:

The Research and Development Unit which is responsible fir the identification, evaluation and implementation of new products and cads activities, also the unit that is responsible for supervising the design and develop the web software applications, without forget to mention the unit which is responsible on ensuring the smooth running of the online card systems and as for me the most important of all is the production of credit and debit cards unit that have also to ensure the timely delivery of the cards to the users, while the back-office services are to handle any technical issues (and many other services and duties).
Also it’s so important to the E-banking division to provide the right customer support through a specialized section (getting customer calls, helping them in their issues and their complaints, etc.).

I have been in this division in the cards operations department for more than 3 years now till present and why not, now i am able to know more about credit cards (mainly visa, MC and others), i discovered how important is to have a credit card (even thought it’s like a nightmare for most of us) but as i always say “Getting a Credit Card is getting the world in your pocket”, yes it’s true; since u can buy whatever u need without having cash, only with a plastic card, some of these cards can give you access to any lounge in most of the worlds airports, use them to get cash from ATMs and the most important of all u can get anything you want from the internet (and this is the real meaning of getting the world in your pocket and between your hands).

I know that credit cards are “bad debts” but after all it’s a controllably debt. (Come on guys you want to get the world in your hands without paying anything !!??).

At least you can buy steem dollars and power up.

In the next part i will start talking about the fraud and more stuff in order to put more light on the credit cards.
