One day the manager asked me “what do you know about the CRA”?
So i went like “are you talking to me”?
I have nothing to do with the CRA department, all what i know is what i see.
So the manager asked me “and what did you see”?
My answer was short and clear “i see people come to the CRA office sign papers drink coffee and leave, so i guess their job is so easy, right”?
He laughed and said ok, you will be a CRA under supervision until you will be able to handle this service by your own, this were i felt a little bit excited or scared not so sure but it was kind of a weird feeling.
I took a handbook in order to start studying and knowing more about this department, when i realized it’s kind of interesting job, i found some of the tasks could be shared with you on STEEMIT maybe to know more about what the customer relation agents are all about.
- The main task was about opening accounts through specific process
- Ensures the management of proxies
- Handling preferential interest rates
- Provide clients with advice and information and establish new business relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up if any missing document related to an incomplete file.
- Close accounts.
- Open accounts for newly established companies.
- Managing the issues of deceased clients.
- Filling and renewal for KYC when necessary.
And a lot of other managerial interesting activities.
