Monthly report Venezuela Representative of Venezuela by @wilmer1988
Hello to all my friends steemians, it is a pleasure to greet you on this opportunity to bring you my second monthly report as representative of Venezuela for the steemit team, all this corresponding to the month of December of the year 2020 that has just ended, without further ado I present the information.
During the month of December I made use of my functions as a representative of Venezuela to provide support to all the users of this platform who make life day by day and who share publications and unique content under the tags #thediarygame and especially #venezuela. made use of a delegation of 5000 SP + 3600 SP from my personal ark to perform curation and support tasks for more than 200 active authors within the platform, with more than 8600 SP it was possible to provide important support to all those steemians who do active life in steemit.
The month of December I need 4 and a half weeks of work to be able to cover its 31 days in which I can provide a good number of votes and weekly comments to comply with the responsibilities received by the steemit team.
In these almost 5 weeks of work, an average of more than 180 votes and 190 comments a week were achieved within my role as a representative, ensuring with this an important support to the team of representatives of Venezuela and to all active users within steemit.
A month of December that allowed me to support more than 800 publications with votes and constructive, friendly and positive energy comments that surely kept many steemians encouraged with that important feeling of seeing that their work is valued and appreciated by the platform.
This month I also managed to significantly improve the scope of my support in order to reach more users within the platform and cover the largest number of members, which maximizes my contribution and that essential support that you want to give each steemians.
During this month I also fulfilled my work in the management of the account @steemcurator05 that is assigned for the support of all Latin America, and which is managed by all the steemit representatives of Latin America, with this account I managed to work 5 days during this period managing to support 117 publications made by the steemians of this region.
Here you can see the result of the management of the @ steemcurator05 account during the month of December as part of the work of the entire team of representatives together. I also want to reflect the personal and direct support provided to the following steemians according to the needs observed within the platform:

una pregunta realmente steem paga?
Amigo @juan.guerra, steemit es una red social con un ecosistema de recompensas blockchains que usa los token steem y Steem Dollars (criptomonedas) para recompensar a los usuarios que comparte publicaciones originales dentro de esta.
Que si paga? Lo hace pero toda ganancia dependerá de tu trabajo, y la calidad y dedicación que le brindes!
Yo te aconsejo que te animes y comiences a disfrutar de lo que steemit hace porque muchísimo venezolanos y personas en todo el mundo
