GERMAN BEER OF THE DAY ON TOUR #17 - Flekovský ležák at U Fleků Prague
Hello Steemit,
last week I visited the wonderful city of Prague for some hours. Fortunately I was able to convince my wife to spend some minutes of our one-day trip to Prague in the historic Brewery and Restaurant U Fleků.
We drove by car to the city of Prague and started our walk through the old town near the U Fleku.
I wondered how many beer museums they have in Prague.
Finally we found the U Fleku. It was easy to navigate through the streets with Google Maps, especially since there are no more roaming fees in Europe for mobile data traffic since July 1st.
We visited the U Fleku on a sunny and warm Friday afternoon. They have a nice biergarten inside the restaurant.
You can only order on sort of beer, their own Flekovský ležák.

The beer was very delicious, but we need to come back to the U Fleku again, because we missed their "Show U Fleku".

Why can't we have a Beer museum here? - Oh, yeah, because this is Utah, and the religious leaders here would have none of that!
Sad to hear this, I always thought that you are living in the "Land of the Free".
Less and less so. It's is amazing how much freedoms can be eroded over time.

I love Prague too! Been 3 times... and yes, had 1 or 2 juicy beers when I was there :)
I think it was my 5th or 6th visit in prague, but the first since 23 years.
