GERMAN BEER OF THE DAY ON TOUR #16 - Wernesgrüner Pilsener at Prijut 12 in Oberwiesenthal
Hello Steemit,
this week all cryptos crashed and went downhill, but I chosed the other direction: uphill. I travelled with my family to Oberwiesenthal in Saxony, the highest town in Germany.

As thoroughbred Steemians we decided to use real Steam-Power for our trip to Oberwiesenthal.

Near Oberwiesenthal the highest mountain of Saxony is located: the Fichtelberg.

If you are lazy you can take the cable car for the 5 minute ride to the top of the mountain.

We were very lazy this day and decided to having lunch in a local called "Prijut 12" in Oberwiesenthal. This is a small mountain hut at the end of the ski run.
From the terrace of the ski hut you can also see the two ski jumping hills of Oberwiesenthal.
The menu next to the entrance of the ski lodge.
I chose a Saxon potato soup with sausages.
And a cold, fresh and very delicious Wersesgrüner Pilsner.
Cheers!

Wow. A lot of beer reviews posted. Are they mostly German (I will get to reading more of them as I get a chance). I'm reviewing Aussie beers as well. I'll be keen to try and find some of the beers you have reviewed over here to try. Thanks for sharing.
I am in a country where you can not get beer and i do not drink it as well, but i have a question is German beer very good, because i mostly see articles about German Beer most of the time @beers
